We thank all referring Doctors and friends, for letting US help your patients with their medical needs for Oral Appliance Therapy, TMJ and Oral Inflammation treatment.

When CPAP is not an option, we have the solution with oral appliance therapy. The patients will be referred back to the Sleep physician with a report  for a follow up polysomnogram and confirm effectiveness of oral appliance.

For patients with oral inflammation conditions that need prophylactic treatment before heart or general surgery, a full report will be sent to the doctor.

For patients referred for TMJ and related headache, progress notes and full report will be sent to the referring physician and to the attorney in car and work accidents.
