Bone grafting is the replacement or augmentation of the bone that has being lost or needs to be removed due to oral inflammation, pathological lesions or trauma. The procedure is performed in order to reverse the bone destruction and recuperate the normal function of the mandible and maxilla, facilitating mastication, swallowing and speech.
